I have been paying my bill on time every month. I have received 3 late charges 35 dollars each. I am getting really tired of this company

I have been paying my bill on time every month. I make sure to send it out on time so i would not get a late charge. I have received 3 late charges on this account, and i am not able to us it. I don't understand why??? I am so tired of paying this company all of these late charges, and you can not get in touch with anyone to talk about your account.

I don't understand this. I want to be able to speak with someone about this. I have called every number on the internet that they give out for this company, and no one can help me out. I want to get some kind of satisfaction out this they are, because they are getting my money.
