On July I hired the services of William T. Hart, partner of the Hart & Trinen Law Firm. I sent him a check of $15,000 USD as a retainer. He is a Securities lawyers. At that point some people that are in the Venture Capital industry, told me that this firm fees were extremely high.
As of today he hasn't provided me with an invoice for his services. Of course he has stated that he has a good amount of expenses that he already has incurred on. But I don't trust him. I believe that he is lying and he doesn't want to give me my money back. He states that he has done a good amount of work, but he has not.
He hasn't done anything for me or my company. I pay all the phone calls and he never returns my calls. Therefore I believe that he should return all my money back.
He has an email address, and most of our internet business is done through the internet. I have been thinking of filing an Internet Fraud Complaint due to that fact.
