No delivery of plane Refund promised No refund

A Aerosport ultralight was ordered from Hart Aero in Oct. 2007. Delivery promised in Feb. Or March. After this date, Douglas Hart would not answer emails or postcards. I email to a strongly worded email (no profanity or physical threats) months later. He emailed stating he would mail my refund within the next two days. Four weeks later, nothing.

Hart probably legally owns nothing, but I will pursue him in court from now own. I feel obligated to let others know of my plight.
