Lacked customer service, communication failure, rude, puzzled business while on tour overseas

Being overseas I ordered a picture puzzle for my family, a picture taken of us before my tour overseas. Based on the company's web site, I felt assured I would get quality, and speedy service. I wanted the puzzle by a certain time line for an upcoming event, and wanted the tracking number.

Three e-mails went unanswered, after the estimated deadline I telephoned the company, and was informed the puzzle had been shipped the previous day, and they would e-mail me the tracking number. Two days later after still no e-mail and no package (UPS Web site estimated a 1 day ground shipping delivery).

I e-mailed the company repeatedly in a vain attempt to get their attention and honor my request. When I called the second time they got upset and deleted my picture file, claimed they notified me my credit card was declined, and when informed I had not received any e-mail, and they had told me it had been shipped when it hadn't, they back tracked, and offered if I resent the picture they would complete the order.

The only e-mail I received was the automated confirmation of the order on 8AUG05, their web site states a 5 day turn around, my first call was placed on 15AUG05.

I could have forgiven them for taking 7 days if they had actually sent it off, I could have forgiven them for not sending me the tracking number as I requested with the puzzle enroute, but not to contact me (first to let me know my card had been declined, which would have taken me a few minutes to resolve), to tell me it's shipped when it wasn't, to lie to me about e-mailing me the tracking number, and getting upset when I don't get the deserved customer service, unacceptable.
