Echostar Communications Ripoff Would not honor contract, trying to stick prepayment

A guy named Eric 801.318.7814 came as a rep for Dish Network and talked to us about getting their service. My girlfriend gave them my info (Name, SSN, address) and they pulled my credit and set up service at my house.

I never signed anything but just went along with the program.

They/HE told her that we would get XX amount of channels with two dishes and 4 receivers.

Now after 4 weeks of trying to get the second dish (for free as promised) they have put the installation of until another day.

I have not been given what I was promised and want to cancel the service.instead of good customer service they are trying to make me pay over $200.00 to leave their company.
