Avenue23.com AKA Luxury99.com Don't Keep Promises! Ripoff online jewlery scam

In October I purchased a Seiko watch from Avenue23.com and was promptly sent the incorrect watch. I emailed them immediately and was instructed to return it so that the correct one could be mailed to me and I would be reimbursed for the shipping. Well, it is now March and I have yet to be reimbursed for the shipping costs of an item erroneously sent to me!!! I have sent several emails, which go ignored and each time I call, I get voice mail. Avenue23.com now goes by the name Luxury99.com. Don't be fooled!!! They make promises that they have no intention on keeping. Never again.
