Ripoff of autodialer installed on computer $100's in charges

This scam perpetrated by Integretel involving an auto-dialer installed on folks systems (without consent) and huge charges when it takes over ones default ISP is still going on. I have been the victim this month and am appalled to learn that this goes back to 2002 and THEY ARE STILL AT WORK stealing.
I even removed their listing and it reinstalled itself... Not only as my default ISP, but as a computer than can call my computer. All this is with Norton Anti-virus, Zone-Alarm Firewall, and a few Spyware programs, beware!
I tried to call them (after calling Verizon, whose bill it showed up on) and they said I owed the charges and someone else in my household must have incurred them. Even when I explained that I alone was using the computer and had not used their services, or intentionally downloaded their auto-dialer program, they did not budge on stating repeated that they were an honest business and I owed them $100's of dollars.
I ended up calling Verizon back and they will be crediting the charges, but they said they cannot block my number from accessing 900 numbers. We don't have long-distance because we cannot afford it, I don't understand why we can't also block 900 numbers from being accessed. They did say that crediting the charges back to Integretel would likely "blacklist" me. I think in this case that may be a good thing.
How can they still be at work... Even bringing a suit against some phone providers for not providing credit information to them for individuals phones (according to FCC. Gov search). Http://www.ftc. Gov
I anyone else out there is having similar problems, I suggest emailing the FCC (fccinfo@fcc. Gov) with your complaints. It seems one or two lawsuits are not enough!
