Ripoff employee inside info. They tell you that you are LYABLE for payment of the charges they are wrong.integretel is under court order that they cannot use the Automatic Number Identification System

I used to work for a company who also worked for Integretel and after doing some research on the company I was forced to quit do to the immorality of the business.

Basicaly I worked for an inbound order opperator company that was employed by Integretel to answer customer service calls. Although the company Integretel is a legitimate company it is the client of Integretel who is ripping people off.

If you receive a bill from Integretel and they tell you that you are LYABLE for payment of the charges they are wrong. From a number of other employees of the company i worked for i found out that Integretel is under court order that they cannot use the Automatic Number Identification System as a sole basis for billing.

If you want the charges removed call Integretel and tell the opperator that you are disputing the charges, you are not paying, and that you want them taken off your bill. They are responsibe for removing the charges from your bill if you say that.

Also i must inform you that when these charges are placed on your bill that you may have a "Dialer Program" on your computer which made it possible for the computer to dial the 900 number in question. Once this dialer probram is removed there should be no more problems with charges from Integretel unless the dialer program is installed again.

I feel as though it is my responsibility to inform you of the information i have given in order to try to make up for what i did when i was employed by Integretel.
