MCI Worldcom ripoff roaming fees

My son cell phone bill is out of control. He has not paid in several months. So I took over to see what was the problem. First he had roaming charges on every call he made. I called the company they said about 4 months ago his phone was programed wrong so he was getting a roaming charge on each call. The phone must have got programed wrong one of the 3-4 times in the last 6 months that the phone has been fixed. The company has agreed to reprogram the phone and remove $105 dollars worth of roaming charges. $77 were from this month. Can you believe they said he only had $28 worth for the prior three months. Not me. Please help us recover all past cell phone bill from this company for kenny kapa so we can review all other mistery charges that he has incured the few moments the cell phone was working.
