Unethical practices & unauthorized Charges from Dish Network

Dish Network has made two unauthorized charges to my Visa card in the amounts $240 and $398. I immediately contacted Dish Network regarding these unauthorized changes. First on February 22 at approximately 5:00PM when the first unauthorized charge in the amount of $398 was discovered and was told "To Bad".

The following day the second unauthorized charge appeared in the amount $240. Again I contacted Dish Network and received no response. Both times I did inform the Customer Service Rep that at no time had I knowingly ever given their company authorization for such charges and demanded that these funds be credited back to my account.

And requested that they immediately cease these unlawful acts of fraud. I again contacted their office today February 27 at approximately 8:00 AM and spoke to Gayly to confirm a physical address where a certified document regarding this matter could be delivered and was informed one did not exist.

After consulting an attorney at 8:00 PM I again contacted their Customer Service Department and requested a faxed copy of the any signed documentation they had from me authorizing these charges.

I was told they currently didn't have anything on record but would send me something within two weeks. As of today I'm still working with my bank trying to get these unauthorized charges resolved. And have learned a lot about this company and the many complaints from other consumers who have become a victim to this companies unethical practices.
