Cca, first national card ripoff, scam

This is the second time I get this card. The first time I recieved it I called them and told them to take me off their list, and I shredded the card. I just got another card 5/18/05. I dont know how they sent me another card. I dont have a checking account. I just recently closed all of my accounts because of fradulent activity that occured on my checking account. The last card CCA sent me was about 2 years ago. I am trying to establish my credit once again, and I hope that they dont have any personal information. What should I do? What kind of information do they have? I want to call them and record the conversation. I have also been contacted by Premier Benefits which is another Scam company. I need help. I dont want to open any accounts with all this fraud going on. Please Help!
