After reading all of these complaints on this site about the Low Pay Card (LPC) I immediately shredded the card and activation information. This is one company that will not see my hard earned money. It is a shame that we have to be subjected to these scams. Is there any company out there that will legitimately extend credit to someone who does not have any credit? Not bad credit, just no credit. I have never decided to establish credit. But I need to now.
