Ripoff, stole money and won't give it back

Have e-mails to prove every bit of my statement. Was sent confirmation on 5/10 for cancelled order and is stated that account will not be charged. Had no problems concerning them so far. On 5/16/05, i was charged a total of $514.99 on my check card and called customer service to ask what the deal was. I was informed my order had been shipped on 5/14/05.

Errrr, I said what order and they quoted off my order number. It happened to be the same one that was cancelled on 5/10/05, but only one phone was shipped, not the 2 phones and accessories that were suppose to be shipped on original order. Www.whereismyorder.com showed one phone as shipped. I was told to refuse shipment and the money would be put back.

I never got phone, but the day after I called them raising hell (5/16/05) the phone miraculously had been returned without even arriving at my house! I sent an e-mail and called them several times to see where the refund was and I got an e-mail (have copy) that said the phone was free so I was not due a refund.

Basically, I got a free phone for $514.99. Well, now they say they never received payment. My bank shows and told me it was debited to my checking account on 5/16/05. I get the run around on the customer service number and have filed a complaint on internet fraud.

I plan on getting a lawyer and maybe even showing up on their doorstep since I have family in the DC area. They stole money from a disabled veteran and will pay for it one way or the other!
