Unauthorized charges nashville

I am being charged on my bank statement for what was suppose to be a 30 day risk free trial for a copy of my credit report and credit alerts. I sighned up for my and my brother in law and I received my credit report and cancelled the same day I receved it which means out of the 30 day riske free trial i only used 1 day.

I sent an email advising that I wanted to cancell and I also received a confirmation email back advising that my account was cancelled. Now as I said I did the same thing for my brother-in-law and I did not evan get a credit report from him so I cancelled the same day I sighned up and sent the same email but to my surprise I am being charged 9.95 on my bank statement. Now I know that may not seem like a lot of money but over months it adds up. I have already notified my bank and I sent an email back to CIC Credit to cancel my account and refund my money.
