Unpleasent Ripoffs!

I called this company to cancel my 30 day free trial before my trial period was up. A very rude woman told me that my free 30 days were not up and that I shouldn't cancel till I am called for my first gig. I told her that I didn't want to and that I wanted my money back.

A couple of weeks later I called again because I didn't see that my refund was credited to my account. A disgruntled and rather nasty man told me that I didn't cancel it and that I agreed to stay on.

I told him that wasn't true BUT if it was you guys are terrible about getting people jobs since I didn't have one call for ANYTHING! I told him that I wanted my money back and he brushed me off and said "fine, whatever... You'll get your money" He hung up and again I didn't get my refund.

I finally emailed and they responded by repeating themselves from the first time.

This is NOT a consumer friendly company and I have advised several people not to use this service. If I could sue them for the time that I have spent dealing with this, I would!
