Ripoff / dishonest charges

I am being charged for a voicemail i dont even have the charges total 13.34 dollars. I have called the company put i either get put on hold and then hung up on. I havent been able to speak with anyone yet, i also get this recording telling me they are open from 9:00 A.M. To 4:50P.M.
