When I received my Verizon bill, there was a total charge of $14.64 for a VoiceMail monthly fee that I did not sign up for. This has happened to me 3 times with different companies. This is a "cram" according to the FCC for which I reported before and I will do it again for this company.
Every time I called the 2 phone numbers given on my bill there is a fast busy signal all day long and in the evening I got a recording giving the business hours. On one number I has given a chance to leave a message for a call back and after I spoke five words it hung up on me. Therefore it will not let me leave a message.
