Ripoff I recieved a damaged product, I have emailed and called but get no reply on how to return the item

I ordered a 6 Scond Abs machine from Savon TV Website. When I received the item it was broken. The website has an email address to contact them for exchanges or replacments. I have emailed them 6 times and have tried to call the numbers listed on the site but on get and answering machine.

I also tried emailing to another address listed on their
site, but still have received no reply from this on either.

The cover of the machine was broken in several pieces,
apparantly during shipping, and it does not work. The
policy states the return has to be made within 30 days,
but they will not send any information on how to return
the item.

The only address I could find was on the shipping label.
