RIPOFF Company charged my card for purchase, never shipped the item, refuses to answer email status requests

Placed an order for perfume for my girlfriend's birth day worth $80. Never received a confirmation email. Emailed the contact address listed on the site (order@perfumeandmore.com) asking for status, never heard back. A week later emailed again, this time included the manager's (Sahakul Khatri) email linked to domain name registration for perfumeandmore.com (sahakul@yahoo.com). Still no response, no refund...
