I am the second victim reporting on Sahakul Khatri. I ordered a KL perfume on perfumeandgift.com. I received an email indicating the order was OK and would be shipped by USPS Worldwide. My VISA card was charged $160 in december.
Unfortunately the order has not been sent yes. I tried to call the support center of perfumenandgift, but no answer. No reply either to my emails.
I googled the name Sahakul Khatri, which I had found related to this web site, end I found a page on usacomplaints.com with someone describing exactly the same problem... in 2005!
So this is the second report on this Sahakul Khatri, who is supposed to work at 'Euro American Fragrances'. Maybe someone has more information about this man that could help me get my $160 back (or the perfume).
