Photo Department Ripoff! Does Not Disclose Information In Order To Make A Profit dishonest, witholding information

I don't really know how to classify this one. My daughter had a science project due, and I forgot to get her film developed until just 2 days prior.

I rushed it to Walgreens, where I inquired about the available services. He told me I could get one hour, or pick it up the next day after 2PM. Being a single mom, I opted for next day service to save myself some money.

Here is the kicker... I pick it up next day, and there are 42 pictures in the envelope. Apparently, you only get singles when you order one hour developing. Anything beyond that, you automatically get doubles.

Funny, they never told me that when I specifically ASKED about the available services. Rip off? Maybe not. But I feel cheated because I feel the information should be posted somewhere or the employee should be courteous enough to let you know when you drop off the film.

I have doubles of pictures I never needed to begin with, and it ended up costing me the same as it would have for one hour processing!
