Photofinishing ripoff - photo la

We submitted our photo film for developing. We paid the total, got home, and only one of the photos was able to be viewed. We called and was told we would receive a full refund. When we got to the store, they would only refund us one half of our total, plus the assistant manager treated us like crap. Don't take your film to Walgreens for developing. This was a total ripoff. Walgreens obviously does not stand by their service for photofinishing. We received NO product and WE had to still pay THEM money. Is this how this company stays in business?
