And Wayne are extremely unprofessional, unfair business practices, disparaged my company in front of my customers and employees RIPOFF

This company did not credit me for monthly lease to own payments I have been making for 22 months on a piano in my musical instrument store/lesson room. I was told that after 24 months of payment, I can buy the piano for $500. Now they say I would need over $2,000, and they don't show that I've made a payment for 10 months, when indeed I have.

They came into my store today, demanded that I pay them $400 (monthly rental of $35). I only had $300 on me, gave that to them in cash, and said that I would bring the $100 to them tomorrow. He then said, "we're picking up the piano right now." Before I knew it, they walked loudly through my store, searching each room for the piano. I told them "you could ask me where it is, it's in here, " and led them to it. I told them to take it out the back door so that my employees and customers don't have to witness this. They agreed.

But then, as soon as they got the piano on the dolly, they headed right back out through the store with it. I said, "Hey, the back door!" They said, "nope. We're going out the front, because that's where the truck is." And so they did. He insisted that I bring him $100 tomorrow. I said "fat chance!"

They are incredibly nasty and will not work with me whatsoever. I am not at all deserving of their treatment. I told them that I want a receipt for the $300 in cash that I gave them. He told me, "Bring us the $100 tomorrow and we'll give you a receipt." Again, I said "Fat chance!" And he said, "Oh, we're not done dealing with you yet." I said, "That's right, you certainly are not, because you'll be hearing from me and my lawyer."

Slime balls. There are plenty of pianos laying about in Santa Rosa in large wharehouses, with prices from $100 to free! I'd suggest you save one of those free pianos.
