Just an update to what i am doing against this company.

I have closed my account and I am contacting the authorities.

Their web address is occ. Treas. Gov/customer.htm. You can download a customer complaint form and fax it to them. They will respond right away with a letter letting you know they have opened a case & it will give you a case number so that you may follow up.
