Inc. Ripoff - takes your money and never return or contact you again

On Sept 30 Mike Deruzack of ABC, Inc. Gave a proposal of repair to install a 3 ton heat pump run flow lines, electric drain, and stat wire.install a digtial heat pump thermostat move thermostat. For $3800. He was given a check for $3000

He was to return on Oct 2 to do the work. He never came back or called.

After 4 months of calling him on March he explained he had spent the money.

I then contacted the owner of the company Mr. Vincent Reilly, who said he would contact Mr Mike Druzack and gat back to me. This never happened.
