RIPOFF Cheating employees Out of Pay

I was an employee with NFI for about seven months. As a truck driver for them I was paid by the mileage I drove for them making deliveries. The problem being that they use "computer mileage" instead of actual driven mileage and over the period of seven months I was "short changed" of about $5000 in income.

Of course they denied this, but after contacting the Department of labor, State of NJ, I have decided to file a formal compaint against NFI for due monies.in emails from a Chief of Claims in Trenton, Nj I was told irregardless of what the computer says i should be paid what I worked.

I am one of only hundreds of former drivers who worked for NFI and got ripped off, and of course they will fight this tooth and nail, otherwise if it ever became a Class Action Suit, it would cost them millions of dollars over the last 30 years or so.
