Ripoff Ailrlines mileage promised with refinance but not given

We refinaced our home through Home Loan Center. Approximately two weeks after we had started the refinancing paperwork I noticed that Home Loan Center had become a pertner with Alaska Airlines. I asked our loan officer, Tammy France, if I would need to start the process over to qualify for the mileage. She did some checking and assured me that I would get the mileage and there was no need to start the process again by calling their special number.
After we had closed on the loan, Home Loan Center denied the airline mileage. A 3 way call to Alaska Airlines, Tammy France and myself was made. Alaska Airlines confirmed that I should get the mileage since Home Loan Center had already purchased the mileage in bulk.
Home Loan Center still denied me the mileage. The amount of mileage denied was 22,400.
Don't believe what anyone from Home Loan Center tells you. They only want your signature on the bottom line then they don't know a thing about good customer service or relations.
