Ripoff avoid calls, do not cancel even after calling to explain that you have no idea who or what they are

A charge appeared on my phone bill for this "orbit telecom" last month—i have no idea where or what this is, so i called 1st the telephone company. I then called them, and they told me i ordered this service of which i still have no idea of what it is. They told me it was canceled, and, it appeared again on my telephone bill with past due charges! This is a rip-off! Do not pay! Besides the bad business buearu, i plan on reporting this scam to the bbb.
