Look out for "" major ripoff

I ordered 3 fish from the pet stop and was sent 3 completely different fish, 2 were dead and the 3rd died 3 days later. Fortunatly i had a seperate tank for the third and did not contaminate my main tanks. However, they gave me credit for the mistake they made, so i placed another order for different fish. I watched their in-stock availability list for 6 weeks and saw multiple items avialable regarding what i ordered. At the end of each week they sent me an e-mail saying my order would ship next week. Finally after 6 weeks i recieved an e-mail saying my order had timed out and would have to be reordered. So i called and asked that they credit my card with the original amount. They told me that was not their policy and he could not do that, and that the credit could not be applied to the new order since it was different types of fish. To this i demanded my money back and explained that i had spoke to him personally and confirmed, w/the scientific names, the type of fish i would recieve. He finally gave in after 30 min of arguing to credit my card back. I told him that if i did businees this way i would be living on the streets. To which he replied goodbye.
