I was hired by Oliver Staffing, Incorporated to work for a company called King Teleservices. The job I went to asked me to arrive at 9:30 am, but didn't start until 11:30. The facility was dirty and there was no access to the stairwell, making being there a safety hazard. We were told we would be there until 6pm, but since they didn't start clocking people out until then, I wasn't able to clock out until around 6:30pm as they had some 70 something employees all trying to clock out at the same time. The chair I sat in was broken. I overheard two other employees discussing the fact that they weren't hired for another job because they had multiple felonies.

I found the place to be a safety hazard, this reason I refused to return to the job. Eventhough, I found one of the managers on site to be intellectually inferior and they were extremely disorganized, I would have stayed on the job until I found another if not for the fact that the place was unsafe.

I called Oliver Staffing the next day to speak with the person who hired me (someone named Margarita) and she was very apologetic. She even asked me if I knew the names of the employess who had the felonies, I told her I didn't and thought to myself, this is your job to prescreen. She told me she completely understood why I wasn't returning to the job. She also told me that she appreciated my letting her know what was going on and that she would look for other employment for me. She told me I could get my check at the end of the next pay period, but to call and make sure there was no delay since I only completed one day. When I called back on pay day, I spoke with someone before her who simply told me there was no check and asked my name several times, then tried to wrap up the conversation. I asked to speak with her and she told me I wouldn't be getting paid because I didn't complete the training, even though she specifically told me I would be paid before. Then she told me I was crazy to expect to be paid. She said the conversation was finished.

Don't ever try to get a job from these con-people. All they care about is getting as many people to the job as possible. They don't care about your work conditions or your getting paid.

I have called repeately to speak with the owner - Seilie Oliver who works out of the office and haven't gotten in contact with her.
