Granite Kitchen Design is 'Managed' by Ramiro and one of his workers (who actually did the job @ my house is Oliver. Oliver shows up late, will tell you that he will show up for job on a particular day, and won't show up, and won't even call you to tell you this. Does not return calls, absolute worst customer service and never apologized for now shows or extreme tardiness. Once job was complete, the hinges on the cabinet doors were all coming off which should never occur, this was a brand new kitchen. We called Oliver, left a message, and of course no call back.

We called Ramiro who supposedly manages the company and its workers. On my first phonecall advised he was going to contact Oliver and have him come. Every two days I would call Ramiro back when Oliver was no show. I did this for a total of 2 weeks. Ramiro would never call to let me know he wasnt coming, I had to call each time. Finally I called Oliver who knew nothing. Oliver then said he would show up days later, never did. Ramiro in our last conversation asked that I not get him involved and that he did my a favor by letting Oliver know about the follow up which was absolutely false. They are useless, do bad work, non apologetic about all their wrong doings, and worst, just wont give you the money's worth.
