Ripoff on lottery numbers and Return of money

I sent Maria $30 for lotto #'s. Not only were there too many #'s for ANY Loto draw, but when I sent for my refund of my hard earned money, I recived another stinking mass mailing.

Then I requested it AGAIN in writing to no avail. Please let me know where I can contact this scam artist to get my $30 back! Shame on you Maria or WHATEVER your name is!
