Unauthorized Debt Shield Service Charged on Billing Statement

I have been trying to resolve an issue with a company called Debt Shield for over a year now. The Debt Shield service appeared on my Citifinancial billing statement. I have called several times to inform Debt Shield as well as Citifinancial that I did not authorize this service. In addition to that, I have filed a case with the FTC due to my being charged fraudulently for this service. I have spoken with Debt Shield several times and am now in the process of sending them a letter by certified mail, return receipt.

I would like to know if anyone else out there has been charged for this service by Debt Shield. If you have been charged for this service without your consent, please let me know how you resolved this. Also, if anyone knows about this service and can give me any pointers, let me know.
