Rebate ripoff Never sent $310 in Rebates, not a single rebate

Paid $499.96 upfront to activate cellphones with the intent to receive $410 in rebates as stated in sales invoice. I got $100 from T-mobile and $0 from A1 Wireless USA Inc.

I provided every single detail they wanted and required for rebate. I have been waiting for months and no response. Where can I report non-paying rebate companies. All I want is my $310 that I paid that were to be returned in rebates.
