They charged twice for one order for $37.95 which I requested. On my bank statement, it shows two same charges from same company. Now I lose $75.90 for nothing.
They never sent any shipment since I ordered on last week of January. I just got confirmation email from them. That is it.
I sent two or three emails asking for reason why charged twice and shipment not received yet. Never get any response from them.
