Ripoff, charged my bill at higher rates, discusting ponogrophy was on screen at store, violation of my admendments

To whom it may concern, I am writing regarding being ripoffed at cingular wireless.

Also my rights were violated as they had pornogrophy on the screen, and tried to show me the distasteless so called movie.

Please bare with me as I have numbness in my hands and confined to a wheel chair, sometimes just hard to write.

Well a few months back, myself and a friend went into the local cingular wireless to purchase a phone, as well as to attempt fixing huge errors in my bill.

Well after I made my purchase as well as inquired about problems with my current bill, we noticed the manager laughing and yelling and acting strange.

As I sat in my wheel chair the manager phicicaly turned his computer right in our faces.

On the screen was discusting pornogrohy, or as he said a little porno perhaps.

That second both my friend and I were disgusted, as well as the two youn gmale interns he was supposely training were also clearly upset.

I said please get that out of my face, no mind you I'm in a wheel chair, could not simply turn and run away.

So this so called manager keeps laughing and pointing. I then yelled turn that off, as one of the interns turned the screen away, but this sick manager kept it on, as well as makeing comments of disgust.

We left the store in total disGust as both our rights were violated, and I had no answers regarding the errors that were in my family's bill.

So I then call customer service, now with two major problems, and explained what happened in one of their stores.

I'd say a few hours later I get a call from j a executive who told me how many people worked under him. This is and will not be tolerated at all.

His exact words where, i j would walk the man to the door and fire him on the spot.

St this point a few days go by. I get a phone call from a manager under j, stateing they found out the problem in the billing.

They were chargeing us peak money at not peak hours, and fixed that problem to the tune of a couple hundred dollars, a lot of money.

I still did not hear anything about the so called manager who had the pornography on the work computer, ohh and I did indeed follow up on this as this violated mysel, my religon ect.

A few weeks go by. I get a certified letter from a local cingular address, not the main Kentucky office.

The letter stated that they have zero tolerance for this. Cingular claimed they knew nothing about this matter and the man is no longer with the company.

At this point I felt that they took care of this very distasteful man, and he sure got was deserved, showing things of disgust in the workplace, as well as heckling ect.

Wwell about 6-7 weeks later, the exact day was election day, I was helping someone who was running for a local office. Just sat at a table while folks voting took stickers buttons, simply helping.

Well I'm in my wheelchair and sure enough, the manager who I was told was no longer with the company, comes walking out of the cingular store.

He walks straight up to me sitting in my chair, and says to me well we are on other side of the fences and went to shake my hand, I had a gentleman directly beside me hear all this.

Well of course he asked what it was all about. So I kinda filled him in on what had took place months back, and of course we both were sickened as I was told he was no longer with the company.

After I was told he was no longer there, I felt things were safe as my wife, my children went in to get things, or get things fixed.

I WAS OUTRAGED. My family may have encountered this man, yes I was angry and called the cingular main office in Kentucky and spoke to this executive J again.

I told him not only was this man in the store but behind the desk clearly talking and dealing with customers. The gentleman that was with me went and saw the whole matter. Well this executive J had no idea what was going on, no mind you this j I speak of was always very kind and nice.

However at that point, I felt as I was lied to, what's up with the zero tolerance.

I still fell as if I was deceived. I feel if cingular really had zero tolerance, that man should have not been in the area, but behind the desk in the same store is OUTRAGES.

I was deceived my family was also, as well as each and every customer that went into the store.

Well I wrote my last letter to the main office, and still my rights have clearly been violated. To date I have not heard anything else aboat this matter, and or the truth.

I am so angry that I simply want to let people know how this was dealt with, how i was clearly lied to.

Not to mention, I feel my civil rights were violated as well as my religous rites also.

So with that said, yes I was charged all kinds of extra money for peak time msgs., as well as text messages that were also charged that it appeared they overcharged my son with the tex. Yes they clearly told me that and did fix that problem. But never fixed my civil rights, my religous rites ect.
