Ripoff fraddulent no contact info

I was contacted by GSI Grant Service stating that they could get me a $5,000 grant to start my home-based business but they needed $298 processing fee.

Unfortunately I have lost the paper work in which all this was on, including a phone number and email address.

I did phone the number they gave me and thought that it was legit, also contacted the BBB in Orlando, FL, but they had no information.

Very foolishly on my part, I gave them my bank account and they have already taken out the $298 but have not received anymore info from them regarding my so-called grant money.

The only info I had was on their cancelled check and when I tried to call the phone number listed it did not ring, although when I had called them before they were answering.

Of course I do not know if that is the correct number or not.
Very expensive lesson on my part.

Just wondered if anyone else has been contacted by this company in regards to grant money.

I'm afraid I have been scammed and good! Just let this be a lesson to anyone out there who has been contacted by a company promising them money through a grant because there is no such company!
