Ripoff sells very sick parasite infested reptiles and does not take care of them

I bought three coleonyx mitratus (Central American Banded Geckos) from this company (total came to $80) and noticed that they all were skinny and had shedding problems. These geckos were kept on sand, never sprayed, and fed crickets with no dusting that were too big for them.

Upon getting them to the vets to see if they had any parasites, I was told they had a huge overload of parasites and needed to be treated immediately. I spent over $120 in vet bills, plus another $30 for medication for them, and yet all three of them died, one right after another.

When we came to the store again to tell them how they need to take care of their lizards as all were being kept on sand and not sprayed no matter what species they were (these were tropical geckos that lived in the rainforests of South and Central America, not in a desert environment), they told us that they have no knowledge of "lizards" and that they just "buy them from a distributor". If you don't know anything about the animals, why do you sell them?!! And how are you going to tell the people to take care of them?

I told them that they need to be placed on a nother substrate other than sand. We go back a couple months later. Still using sand. All geckos appear once again to be very skinny and have shedding problems, on top of scabs.

I want to warn anyone who even thinks of buying a reptile from them. They do not know anything about their reptiles, nor how to take care of them, and they don't seem to care that every animal that we've bought from them has died because they were very sick from the day we bought them, despite rigorous treatment. This place deserves two thimbs way down!
