Called to cancel membership 4/17/08 and my AmEx is still being charged. Valencia, California

After signing up for a "free" sample I was charged $90.00 for the product and a membership. I called them and asked that they cancel my membership, that I was not interested. Soon after (1 month) I received another shipment and called them again to cancel membership.

They assured me that this would be taken care of. My credit card has been charged every month since. Various amounts.
