Free local channels and 4 rooms not delivered, year contract

Directtv is a joke. They lie at every turn and then become outraged when you discontinue service with them. I was told I would get local channels and 4 rooms free. First, there were no local channels, so I had to keep cable also for local channels. Then they charged for the "FREE" 4 rooms. Then I called because one of the boxes didn't work and was told that wasn't their problem, that I needed to find the installer who was subcontracted to fix it. I tried to find out what I could do about this situation, and they told me nothing, you have a year agreement with us.
