Directtv is a joke they lie at every turn and then become outraged when you discontinue service with them, I was told I would get local channels and 4 rooms free, first no local channels had to keep cable also for local channels, then they charged for the "FREE" 4 rooms, then I called because one of the boxes didn't work was told that wasn't their problem, That I needed to find the installer who was subcontracted to fix it, I tried to find out what I could do about this situation they told me NOTHING you have a year aggreement with us.
