Of Troy, Michigan Very slow shipping, ignored status requests and cancellation requests, sent wrong items

I ordered a set of tapes from this company, and even though my credit card was charged immediately, it took over two weeks to receive the items (the items were listed as "in stock" on their website.) During this two weeks, I emailed the company several times asking for an order status, but received no reply. I then called to cancel the order, and Chris Kitchen told me the order had already shipped.

I asked why I didn't get a confirmation email, and he said he didn't know why. I also asked what the shipping confirmation number was, but he did not know. When I finally received the items, they were the wrong brand of tapes: the brand I ordered costs about $50 per tape, but the lower quality tapes they sent me sold for $36 each. There was no explanation for why they shipped the lower quality tapes, and no attempt at refunding the difference.

I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company, as they are still ignoring my emails. This company also does business as datatechstore.com, and Central Computer Supply of Troy, Michigan. Don't believe the promises on this company's website... I won't order from this company ever again.
