Taylor Made Tans told untruth to obtain account

Was told that i would be saving money discount fee less, swipe fee more. Took me from nov. 2001 to jan. 2002 to obtain a copy of signed agreement. Took 2 1/2 days to download system (out of service for those days).

Called company several times to have rep. Call or come by, nothing yet. His name is ken hogue. Was told there was no problem in terminating original contract.

They would take care of any buy out or transfer. They cannot do this. I am very unhappy and do not know what to do as i also found the $400.00 termination clause. When i contacted my original processing company, they had not been contacted at all and i have been charged an additional $102.00 by the original company. I am not very happy, but see no way out and i am not paying $400.00
