Ripoff Adding charges to phone bill that are not valid

I found a charge on my QWEST phone bill, on the last page of the bill under Miscellaneous Charges. Because I watch my budget, and know how much my normal phone bill should be, I was surprised when I saw how big my bill was this month. Otherwise, the extra charge of $14.95 could have easily been overlooked.

The charge was $14.95 for "Family Discnt Ntwk Mthly" on behalf of Members Edge. I called QWEST, and "Carlos" was very helpful, and put a credit on the bill for the $14.95. He said that the bill was for Long Distance calling plan - and of course, he saw I use QWEST's l.D., so he knew I wouldn't have ordered this "service".

I have also made a consumer complaints on Members Edge. Neither Members Edge or Integretel state their physical addresses on their websites.

I would think that by now, Integretel, and Members Edge, would both be under investigation by Federal law enforcement agencies. If not, they certainly should be! I would definitely be willing to assist and cooperate with any investigation. Whoever is running Integretel should be prosecuted and sent to jail for our protection!
