Ripoff Charged $14.95 to my Qwest phone bill for setting up a family network setup about which we disclaim any knowledge and/or usage

On behalf of an unknown entity MEMBERS EDGE, Integretel billed us for setting up a family Discount network Setup.
At 83 years of age, I am extremely careful not to open or dowload any OBVIOUS attachment or enclosure that would result in unknown set up of an unneeded and unwanted family network.
The only other member of my family is a 75 year old spouse that has not knowledge, capability, or need to use a computer on the internet.
If such a setup was affected, it was done so by unrecognized, sneaky procedures that evidently are unknown to the victim.
The first time any identification of such a so-called network is when the unauthorized, unknown, and unancitiped charge appears on a monthly Qwest bill.
