Refund ripoff

I joined their "agency" while they were scouting in Nashville, TN in Feb. Of 2003. I joined for myself and my two sons and paid ahead 1st next on my credit card. I sent an email to cancel in late March, to which they finally replied in mid April after having charged yet another month for the three of us. They responded by saying I would be cancelled from the date in April and that my credit card would be refunded in March or May. I am still waiting, two years later, after having tried to reach them via email, to no avail. Someone please HELP!
