Ripoff charged my credit card for 11 months without my approval

I noticed today (April 9) that Premier Healthplus of CT has been charging my credit card every month since May. They charged me $1 in May and have been charging me $14.95 per month since June. I never joined their club and I never authorized them to charge my credit card. They never sent me a membership card nor did they send me any other information. I called them today and complained and they have now cancelled my membership. They have promised not to charge my credit card again. They have also promised to reverse the charges ($14.95) for March. I have also asked them to refund all the money that they took from me. I don't think that is going to happen.

These crooks got my credit card number from Citibank's telemarketing department. I have now asked Citibank to take my name off their list and not share my personal information with a third party. I am also going to write a letter to Citibank's customer service department and complain about this fraud. Is there a lawyer out there who is willing to file a class action lawsuit against these bastards at Premier Healthplus? They ought to be in jail for fleecing the public.
