Ripoff deceitful method of obtaining business

I received an unsolicited mailer from YP.com in 2000. It was a check for $3.50 and it stated if signed, I would agree to advertise my business with their on line Yellow Page directory as well as authorized the monthly fee to be added to my phone bill. Since I don't pay the bills in my house, I never noticed the charged. However, after recently opening several invoices from YP.com and discussing the findings with my husband, he confirmed that he noticed an additional charge on the phone bill, but didn't question it. I called YP.com, they sent me a copy of the cancelled check from and I did endorse the check which put all of the above in motion.

I went to the website as they instructed and found bogus information pertaining to my unofficial business. First, I do use the name "Send Judah Ministry", but not in the context advertised on their website. It list the name as "Sendjudah Ministries", when it should be "Send Judah Ministry". Secondly, they state that I specialize in a variety of ministry services offering counseling services, public speaking and more and that we are an Evangelistic ministry service open to anyone. Finally, they list a fax number that I have never had.

I use the name "Send Judah Ministry" an operated Desktop publishing services. I design stationary, envelopes and programs, mostly free of charge. I is an outreach service I did/do for friends and small churches. I am not nor have I ever been licensed to counsel on a spiritual or natural compacity. If is forbidden in my reformation to use the term, "Counsel" unless you are license. As for the, "Fax" number, I don't know where they obtain that information or any information.

When I began opening the invoices as opposed to trashing them, the 12/04/04 invoice stated I owned $89.85. I called and requested a copy of the cancel check. The 01/06/05 invoice stated I owed $29.95. I called and asked what happened to the other two payments, but didn't receive a satisfactory answer. I was told that in the pass they were putting the charges on my phone bill, but no longer could do that and now they wanted me to send them a check. I cancelled the account and received a final invoice dated 2/27/05 in the amount of $149.75! This would indicated that the company added two more monthly payments to the 12/04/04 invoice balance of $89.85.
