Caller says "Online Public Yellow Pages" has an invoice showing the company owes them for listing services which was not authorized. We ask the caller for a copy of this invoice. To begin the process the caller records a question game with me. I answer the questions careful not to agree to accept the bogus charge but only to obtain a copy of the invoice. After recieving the faxed bogus invoice I called to dispute. A person named Nathan Forbes tried to push me into paying by playing the recorded question game for me. Useless since I did not authorize services during the call to begin with.
