Billed for overseas calls to Sweden never made

My wife called customer dis-service and she was told that we were liable for these calls since they were made on our phone line. I do not feel that we should have to pay. We do not know any one in Sweden. They can check our past records and show that we haven't ever made a call overseas. What kind of stupid games are these people trying to play?
