Income Taxes Ripoff

I went to H&R Block to have my taxes prepared, while there I waited for 3 hours after being told no wait. Then I filed a rapid refund to be back in 24-48 hours. After 48 hours I called to check on the refund the loan was denied from the bank in error I might add and then I am still charged 25.00 for the bank and two separate charges of 20.00 and 28.00 for electronic filing fee. I was not told of these fees or that the loan could be denied or that I would still pay all the fees and then get my refund back in 3-4 weeks as if I had filled regular and paid only the standard fee. Ask all Questions! I think they get these people off the street to do these things
